1.1 IGBO SCHOLARS FORUM, FOR SOCIO-CULTURAL ADVANCEMENT (“we”, “us”, “our”) is based at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.
1.2 We sell digital books and downloadable content. No physical products are shipped.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Products and Payment
2.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
2.2 We accept payment via Flutterwave, including debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
2.3 All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. We do not store your card details.
2.4 Orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
3. Digital Delivery & License
3.1 Download links are sent to your email within 5 minutes of successful payment.
3.2 Links expire 7 days after purchase or after 3 download attempts. Download immediately.
3.3 All digital books are for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.4 You may not resell, redistribute, share, or modify our digital books without written permission.

4. Refunds
4.1 Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All text, images, logos, and books on gboscholarsforum.org are owned by IGBO SCHOLARS FORUM, FOR SOCIO-CULTURAL ADVANCEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our products.
6.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
7.2 Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Anambra State, Nigeria.
